I am sure most posters are now aware of your feelings re board clutter, and most of us are on your side, with what your attempting to accomplish. Bravo my good man.

My feelings towards a quick fix is as follows.

1)Post a date ie (Aug 10) when inappropriate-redundant-useless- posts will no longer be acceptable.

2)A number should be fixed for these types of posts.ie 3-4-5.

3)Once a poster hits or exceeds this number he will be banned for a period of 1-2-3 weeks.

4)If this same poster does it again, second offense, the penalty increases 2-4-6 weeks.

5)If it happens again, well like the ump says in baseball strike three..... your out.
