Dear AGORACOM Members, it has come to our attention that "Roos" has posted 7 libelous statements to Trading Chief. Disagreement and criticism is one thing but libel is quite another. The statements are false and are intended to inflict damage, especially as it pertains to the reputation of both AGORACOM and everyone on this HUB.

As such, we posted the following message to Trading Chief:

Roos, we are serving you with notice that you are now posting libelous information. The information provided in this post is completely false and without basis. You are either receiving bad information or posting bad information.

Either way, it is libelous. We are sending an official cooperation notice to Al regarding this and other posts that you are portraying as material facts when they are, in fact, completely false.

I have no problem with you or anybody expressing negative opinions about AGORACOM. I'm not interested in mud slinging. We are all big boys and the world is big enough for everyone to co-exist in disagreement.

However, we draw the line at libel and are now requesting that you refrain from posts containing false and damaging information. One call to the company will confirm that NOT simply exercised their 6-month out clause. Everybody knew that mid-March was the out date, so you can't now publish false information pertaining to termination of the contract.

Said another way, if NOT was concerned about fraudulent behavior of any service provider, why would they wait so long to terminate a contract? Fraud is the basis of termination at anytime.

Your information is wrong and libelous. We need you to retract the statement and ask Al to take it down. The same will go for 6 other posts you have made to TC. Al will be receiving the exact details.

Do what you like but don't say you have not been advised. We do not plan to make any further posts.

Govern yourself accordingly.
