NOT GOLF Tournament Details....

Saturday, Sept. 20th at 12:30 PM is the tee off. We'd want everyone there at least a half hour prior to tee off time.

The golf course is Caledon Golf Club, where I play regularly and already run an annual tournament there. It is located on Peel Rd. #12, between Hwy. 10 & Mississauga Rd., just outside of the town of Inglewood, ONT, which is about 30 -40 minutes NW of the Toronto Airport.
Several ways to get there, depending where you are coming from....
- Hwy. 401 to Hwy. 410 north, to Mayfield Rd., west to Hwy. 10, north to Peel Rd., west for a km. to the golf course PH. # (905) 838-0121.
- Or form the north, get to Hwy. 10 and go south of the town of Caledon, until you reach Peel Rd. 12 (about 10 km. from caledon).

The course is in excellent condition and the greens are fast. The yardage isn't long, at only 6502 from the back tees, but the course is quite challenging (slope 135). It's also very picturesque. Bring your cameras.

It will be a Team Scramble format. Everyone on the team hits their tee shot, then you pcik the best and go on from there, using the same format, until the ball is in the hole. I have been in many of these scramble formats and regardless of the calibre of player, everyone contributes.

I have already asked everyone for their calibre of play, so as to match up the teams as fairly as is possible. Anyone new who is interested, please provide those details as well.

The cost is $125.00 per person and that includes your round and shared golf car, plus a fabulous roast beef dinner, with roasted potatoes and veggies.

In addition, we want to give out prizes. Thanks to QQgirl, myself and billstrong, we should have that covered. And there will also be a closest to the NOT-Pin prize (on a par 3 hole) and a longest NOT-Drive prize on a par five hole (must be in the fairway).

If you need any more details, please PM me.
Thanks !
