I did not communicate with NOT management team before and do want to hear the confirmation from the restorant first to avoid any confusion.

And, I believe, it would be more appropriate if somebody more close to Mr. Nemis will let him know about the meeting. But I am pretty sure there will be much more people willing to visit the place (a propos, they have 40 seats rooms). However I think this is a very good idea...
