This means that the ministry of the environment has no jurisdiction on mining claims... thus Mr. Miller, commissioner of the environment statement is ONLY suggestive/opinion & goes nowhere! I'm sure the MNDM thinks otherwise and promotes mining activities for the interest of the province. So... my friends/investors...nothing to worry....
