Just a heads up ........  I was just talking with a broker at Scotia iTrade today concerning the Retention of my Shares and I was told that their cut off deadline for Retention Elections is TODAY !!!

I am not sure if all Investment Dealers would have a deadline set in advance of March 25th date, but this individual mentioned that it would be difficult to register the Retention Election if the instructions were not given on time.

This timing item was listed on our Information Circular as a caution to Beneficial Shareholder's that stated the "Intermediary's" may select an earlier cut-off date before the March 25th date.

I would hate to see Noront Resources fall into Private Hands and then see the Federal & Provicial Governments tripping over each other to finally "Get In On The Action"......

Hopefully we can all "Go Along For the Ride" as I remain ..................
