Ringer, this article made my head spin around like I was in a scene from the Exorcist.  I'm second guessing my decision to hang in.  FN don't have 10 years to wait if the winter roads are not freezing over long enough to replenish stock for the year and I don't have 10 years to wait. If EA and RA assessments are in the hands of FN they could hold us hostage by taking years to complete them. And back to what I said a few posts ago, government is paying lip service now but we won't hear anything after the election for another 4 years.  Wondering what Twiggy's plan is.  Guess we'll know soon enough.  My rant is over now, bye.
