My guess is that we still have some larger fish that have not voted to retain their shares yet...Why? IMO....Simply because they do not have to till the last day; March 25. I, who have chosen to retain all of my shares am not going to get discouraged by the 8.6% retention number. There are still 10 more days to go for things to change. I encourage those who have retained a portion, or all, of their shares to not give up hope. Remember, the worse thing that can happen is that after March 25 you get paid out at a $1.10 / share if we're all Squeezed-Out. 

But hey...Who am I to tell you what to do.
