Hobbit, I would enjoy to see you on the "stay in" side.
We need your valuations of deposits :)

That said, agree, the fence does have a solid thick top!

I have elected to retain 2/3.

My gut feels, FNs, Gov't and Twiggy's lead is too much to pass up on.

Will the Ring of Fire get fast tracked and will we be a part of it?

Looking forward to the 25th or whenever we know for sure.
