I am of the opinion to believe RCF was a proxy for Forrest....and that Noront management were Forrest's puppets...IMO...When Coutts came onboard in 2012/13 he worked for Forrest...Again, this is just a theory. Coutts took over possession of the Ring, but knowing full well that Forrest was it's true owner. Mines take a long time to establish...YES.... But so do well thought out plans of deception that are made to fool everyone.
We can only hope that the games are done. That the prize has been won, and that from here on in we get down to the business of mining. Again, my vote is that we will stay publicly traded as part of a much larger deal with Canada and it's First Nations. For this to go private is not in anyone's best interests. Especially, when tax dollars can be funneled to cover a lot of the costs, and First Nations can be used to shelter coroporations and shadow investment entities from taxes.
Our First Nation oppositionists are showing they desperately want onboard before the party starts, and the US is calling on Canada to get the festivities underway....

...Money in hand they will walk across our border very soon in light of this Ukraine/Russia?China thingy and say to our government,"OK...This is what we're worried about. This is how it affects Canada. This is what we need. How do we expedite this, because money is not a problem...Time is."
