Again....The hypocrisy here is astounding, and the what resembles grifting, if I'm not mistaken, is getting to the point of nauseating. Attawapiskat and their good friends De Beers were allowed to drill and dig for years and years in the quote "Breathing Lands" without any hint of objection from anyone, and now mining in the region must be halted. Excuse me...I don't exactly know how many expletives to use here to knock you off your high hypocritical horse there Attawapiskat, but from the smell that lingers it would appear you are not riding a horse, but a bull instead.
If it is a deal you want just come out and say it. This holier than thou First Nations BS holistical attitude is wearing thin. Especially, when other First Nations who don't see issue are calling you out when they say they see no environmental issues and trust that the province too is concerned with ecological disaster. You really do think everyone else is dumb...Please. Again....Your pointing of fingers is selective, and your breadth of knowledge is borne of good purpose but sadly lacks true science. I am not saying it is not valuable, but I am saying that you use it without discretion as a point of contention to everything, and as a status card to show everyone that you see them as inferior. So...I'm calling you out as opportunists looking for your cut of the action. Remember...You gambled with De Beers and lost and now your going to do it again if your not careful.
Heck...I'd do the same. Why NOT...Use your status to affect the status quo. Delay things as much as you can and gamble that there is a shred of something your saying incoherently that sticks to show everyone that you deserve a bigger piece of the pie. But again...I get it. You want a deal. OK...Let's make a deal. But also...Let's tell some truths. Your road and power line from Attawapiskat to the De Beers mine...How many caribou did that affect that apparently were not of concern, but somehow with the Ring of Fire now are..???? Oh...and your fellow oppositionists, Neskantaga, are they going to tell their business partners Northern Superior Resources to stop exploration and drilling at the headwaters of the Attawapiskat watershed? So....I could go on....Again this hypocrisy is sickening...You talk about clean yet you do not come clean.
There are other First Nations to the West in Saskatchewan and East in Quebec that get it and you could really learn from them...I suggest you give them a call.
