Noront-Wyloo company name - don't have to change the TSX or other exchanges stock symbol.  

Shareholders should be getting the offer pretty soon.  Waiting until seeing terms/more details to decide whether to accept or not.  Will also perhaps indicate direction of sp potential following closing of sale - devil in the details.  Of interest as well is if Boasteel and BHP are still shareholders or have committed to sell in to offer.
