TM. probably one of your greatest posts,  Why didn't the Prov and Feds initiate

one or more of these mid tier hydro supply projects as they did along the Hwy 17

corrridor, ie White River, Kagiano etc.  I guess if you have to boil water for 29 years

and you don't live on the corridor you are not a problem, developement of 2 or 3 of these 

would have launched these remote FN communities into a new world.
