Great post TM.
Any good lawyer will tear them apart on the stand with their two-faced position that benefits only themselves. Their past and current projects that benefitted only them will sink their claims.
You can't have it both ways.
Would like to be a fly on the wall when they sit open mouthed and dumbfounded on the stand.
