Peter,

BHP tried to buy Potash Corp around 2010, but the Federal government stopped it.  Agrium and PCS merged in 2018 to create Nutrien.  Perhaps BHP owns a piece, I don't think it is significant.

Regardless, the Saskatchewan potash industry and the CEO of Nutrien resigning has nothing to do with BHP and Wyloo wanting control of the ROF.  

This thread started talking about Glencore building the Onaping Depth Project, using battery electric vehicles exclusively, and yet somehow got deep into a CEO of Nutrien quitting his job. lol
