Sparky, I'm pretty certain that I know who Noront4Ever is, and have even talked to this person on the phone.  For what it's worth, I believe that this person has been paying close attention to Noront for many years like the rest of us, and is simply using a different avatar, for good reasons.

If it was someone suggesting that people should tender, I would be highly suspicious.  But when that person implies that there may be further value from holding onto your shares, they're certainly not acting on behalf of the acquirer.
