IMO....

Cliffs bought AK Steel....AK Steel does stainless....Cliffs tight with Algoma....Algoma to get EAFs....Cliffs gets chromite from Noront....Noront sends nickel to be smelted in Sudbury...Sudbury sends Noront nickel billets to Algoma....Cliffs sends DRI from Minnesota to Algoma....Noront Chromite from the Ring goes to Algoma for reduction....Stainless steel made at Algoma....Stainless goes to AK Steel...Cliffs produces stainless for the US market and sells to others....Noront, Algoma and Cliffs are all good friends...End of story.
