Fair Market Value of NOT?

Does anyone recall what Noront's independent appraiser valued Noront at? Wasn't it close to this $1.10..or around $625M?

It was a few months ago but I can't find it.

Wondering if the report has anything to do with the $1.10 offer that Wyloo made. What would the motive be to do this?

Interesting times to say the least, but one thing is for sure (IMO), NOT is worth multiples of where we are at today...I am willing to sell half my position at $5 and ride the rest, so would love to see Wyloo take over and share in the future potential.
