I don't think so ringer. There was a lot of shares purchased way below 1.10 for the sole reason to be able to hold things at bay. Those had to be sales to themselves essentially. At least this is my opinion and I know a few others think the same. 
But that can only last so long before it start to move up. We will be trading over 1.10 very soon I think.
