Message: Re: Mushkegowuk Going thru the Change - Regional Assessment Ring of Fire - More Study More Delays

Thanks. I stand corrected about the the EAs.  Seems that their completion might just correspond with the completion of the Regional Assessment.  The needed road(s) into the ROF would appear to come under this assessment.

As far as the share price is concerned, regardless of any negotiation that either BHP or Wyloo has/have/will have with FNs not likely that any activity in the ROF itself would be appropriate during the assessment period. Ownership of Noront however would be important so that their voice and participation would be included.  That may be the impetus for BHP and Wyloo to come to a conclusion and the reason for the offer extension.  At a seemingly minimum 18 mth delay(and undoubtedly longer when it involves government/Fns/environment) and not being able to evaluate the outcome of the assessment and how that will affect/limit the Noront owner,  I would suggest would lessen the investing enthusiasm and may even result in selling now(dead money) to perhaps look to enter back when the reality of a mine is clearer. This would probably result in share price dilution. As many have mentioned there is a large upside here but won't be crystalized until a definitive mine plan agreement is in place.  It would almost have the impact of a "force majeur" which is why my thought about the new "Noront" possible being taken private. The value paid for Noront by the buyer would be protected.

Of note as well, this assessment is only with Matawa member First Nations and Mushkegowuk-member First Nations.  This will not sit well with other FNs.

Here's a couple.....

. EA process 4 #RingofFire region - what we've been waiting for - led by UofT legal beagles - natives in the driver's seat - wheels within wheels - going to take forever - not to be confused with EA processes for access roads

My own opinion, I suggest and #Wyloo withdrawal their proposed invests in the #ringoffire. Don't waste your invest. That's my advise.
