How about they give this guy a call and start using his Rez Rules; Chief Louie of the Osoyoos. Dude really needs his own remote "Bat Signal" to take care of all these First Nations issues of jurisdiction, reconciliation, socioeconomic prosperity , and Indigenous empowerment.
