Although Quebec and NL have certainly raced ahead of Ontario and the Ring, there may be hope yet that in the end the Ring will restore Ontario's position in the nickel supply chain. Remember the tortoise and the hare...

Hopefully the three provinces combined, along with the Ring's chromite, will position Canada well for the future.
