A JV was proposed during the Voisey's Bay bidding war but was shot down by Friedland.

Time for Coutts to stand up and tell BHP and Wyloo to forget it! The shareholders don't want to their pennies.

And at the same time the owner of the trigger happy finger that released that material NR during trading hours needs to pay up. There's no question some people saw that release before others and sold at $0.86 as a result. Bring on the OSC.
