Is the whole process of the tendering , and I'm assuming they are not going to get the % they need, that when Nov 9th rolls around and they dont extend , its a big pain in the butt for them? 

Do you giuys think they will extend. If they dont i guess the offer then fall back to Wyloo's offer? 

I still think somethign is cookig though, with the SP action the last few days and it seems to be held at 85.
