I thought we've been over this before so correct me if I'm wrong. Any entity looking to takeover needs 50% of the shares they currently do not own, and management's 9.9% is not part of that 50%. So, even if Wyloo hands over their shares to BHP for 70 cents, BHP still has a lot of work to do to get what they need.
