How many here holding Noront shares, all things being equal and Wyloo and BHP offering the same offer, would lean towards the  Wyloo offer because of the option to continue as a shareholder in the "New Noront" .

I for one definitely am.

(PS...perhaps the reason why the BOD bought shares at $.81.  They may be out of a job if Wyloo is successful but they know the potential returns of holding shares going forward in the ROF)
