All that said, it is certainly interesting that BHP has only just reached a value on the low end Stifel's values, yet the BOD has recommended we accept all 3 clearly sub-par offers.

I plan to have another crack at deciphering the report soon, as it appears Wyloo and BHP are in no rush to bring the bidding war to a conclusion. Hobbit

I am rapidly desciding which of the THREE winning NOT aquistion partners  be  hired as a Noront %control Share "partners" , "quidance" person.

"somebody"  needs to remind "them" who has the legislative authorization, regulatory powers, ...AND,...  $$$ investment capacities who are  in charge of roads/rail, and health, in ONTARIO, 

Pay attention BYP/Wyloo. 

Dont piss-off  Canadian/ NOT  shareholders' only control chance for receiving the very best $$ NOTprice.

We now enter the  "verifiable-in-advance stage" , ...next week.

Further delay will attract the wrong type of 4th legit  bidder, which you  dont want to happen.
