I do not really understand your posts about 'the government' and what 'plans' they have.  Are you in the know of something that I am not?  If you have any way of backing up your claims I would love to see the data.

Who is the third legit bidder?

If you can please post a precise synopsis of what you feel is going to happen? 

If this is all just your opinion/pipe dream I believe it would be appreciated if you would state so.
