IMHO,

The .05 cent bid could pose as a strategic mis-step for BHP orchestrated by Kingsdale, in their accumulation phase,

5 cents is not a BHP move, more of a Wes Hall/ Monty Hall/Let's Make a Deal kind of move, cheap incremental move, one that I think may back fire.
