Wyloo has been a substantial shareholder in Noront for how long????...Tell me.. Have you ever heard any mention of how they intend to negotiate with Matawa, and other First Nations?... Other than offering them 100 million in contracts. Seems to me without an agreement with Matawa that 5% loan is going to see a lot of shares being given over to Wyloo. I think it is high time Matawa speaks up, or better yet, Noront comes clean about who is for, and who is opposed, to mining in the Ring of Fire. Some First Nations may be of material importance to this bidding war, for they are a crucial part to progress in the Ring moving forward. Our government should also be chiming in here, because many investors have a right to know if First Nation consultations are being met, and by whom, and if they've been successful. Critical to the deal.

Derisking brings further value to the table...So too would an updated FS, which looks like it will not be presented...In the "Best Interests of Investors"...of course.

This is the due diligence and disclosure outside of the bidding process that investors should be made privy to by all parties in the know. So far I think everyone has been banking strictly on the asset, the Ring of Fire, and NOT the company. Because this company has, unfortunately, let them down time and time again; useless. It is nice to see majors finally take interest, but I could do without all the BS ....As well as the nickel and diming.

TM.
