Say Wyloo ends up with Noront.

Then, BHP goes after KWG/Bold/FNC property and the Probe property and tries to beat Wyloo to the first Chrome mine.  There is enough Chrome there for many years but demand would likely only warrant one chrome mine.

Whoever wins Noront will have to go after the above mentioned companies as well....just to cover their bases. 

Noront has done a good job consolidating the nearby properties, but they didn't get them all.
