Hobbit....you left out some important details with respect to the valuation.

Cliffs purchased FWR for some $270 million....then paid another $125 million for SPQ (and offered the same for KWG, but they refused the deal).  Noront paid $26 million for this, for which the loan is still outstanding to Franco.

Noront got more properties and interst in properties from BMK and UC.  

All of the above companies did some exploration work with many interesting core results.
