IMO there is no road forward for BHP without partnering with or buying out Wyloo.  If neither of these happen by Nov 9th then BHP amy simply move on.

If there was third party of interest why wouldn't they have spoken up. Certainly would appear that the Noront BOD would be more receptive to a non-Wyloo better offer.  Suggest the situation with Wyloo being 37% holder and perhaps not open to partnering or selling their interest is a big deterent to any third party as well.

The fact that there is great potential in the ROF is indesputable.  The reality is what is being bid on are mineral claims. There is no mine and best case scenario is 5 years(skeptical) but also needed are roads, processing plant etc. etc.  Very high capital costs come with the ROF and FNs have already made equity ownership not just business affiliations a primary need for them.  Putting up billion(s) of dollars for the right to spend billions more before an ounce of material is brought out of the mine seems reckless and probably financially unpallitable to any company's BOD.

Think best price I am expecting when all is said and done is the top end of the Stifle valuation which I think was $1.20 or $1.25(wasn't able to find the direct quote).  Would I today pay $1.00, $2.00, $7.00, $14.00 for the stock?  There are still lots of shares that can be scooped up. Think the stock market is speaking loud and clear.

Never say never.  Like all shareholders I would be ecstatic if any of these numbers above the Stifle valuation actually are offered.  As I stated before would much prefer to have the option of selling some or all, or retaining some or all, of a "New Noront" going forward.

This has been ongoing for over 6 months now and the end of this initial BHP episode is within weeks.  Good luck to all.
