Message: Calls from Wyloo?

Given that BHP callled a number of shareholders to gauge their reaction to the $0.55 proposal (whether we would tender to the offer and, if not, at what price we would, etc...), I thought Wyloo might do the same as part of their due diligence (i.e. to gauge shareholders sentiment to their offer).

I haven't heard anything from Wyloo, but thought that might be because the offer isn't "official" yet. Even if the negotiations are going on behind closed doors, wouldn't Wyloo want that information too?

Or did Kingdale call on behalf of the BOD (I thought they said they were calling on behalf of BHP)? If so, Wyloo may have access to the input.
