Now...If the BOD would just come clean and tell us about these findings we'd all begin to start trusting them. This sort of stuff should not be held confidential when the company is faced with a buyout situation. Keeping it a secret isn't exactly what I would call looking out for shareholder best interests. But instead the interests of those who are looking to short change us in side deals with our supposedly trustworthy BOD.

Release the FS.....NOW. BEFORE SHAREHOLDERS HOLD YOU, THE BOD, ACCOUNTABLE FOR PURPOSEFULLY ERODING SHARE VALUE.
