TM, that's what I've been trying to figure out for almost 2 months now. 

However they sell it to the shareholders, I think the end game is full ownership.

In the Voisey's Bay case, Inco and Falconbridge proposed a joint ownership, but Friedland rejected it. Would Coutts do the same?

The tension is building, but the chess game continues.
