After all that's transpired so far, and in particular Wyloo's refusal to allow BHP the stake it wanted, I don't think BHP will accept Wylool's offer.

Recall that BHP originally wanted 20%, but were denied twice by Wyloo and now hold just 5%. How much of the new Noront would Wyloo allow BHP to hold?

Bottom line, I think it comes down to how much time, effort, and most importantly dollars, is either party willing to pay for ownership of a "giant mining project ... worth $120B" (then Treasury Board President Tony Clement's words in 2013)?
