Perhaps.  But in this case suggest Wyloo needs the minerals to grow and expand their market.  Wouldn't need to spend a lot of $$ searching for product knowing ROF will be their main source going forward in a democratic free market country that is kitty corner to to the US who have already committed to attaining these minerals for their growth.
