This week, O'Toole in his coming economic detail plan, specfics will be spelled out, specifically, The RoF start- finish date:2 years after the election:
a) The RoF road;
b) First NOT net tax revenues, 2.5 yrs.;
c) metals ( Ni) price index.
The NOT sp, currently, $4, will Be $5 upon O'Toole election, and increase @1/ month (sept thru dec. '21).
