You, and a precious few others, have forgotten the magical word, compounding:-

Cash + annual dividends, - compound.

Cash only is a "onetime price action."

Cash +share/dividends compound into the future. 

Do the math, and plan for the larger $ payoff in both the " herenow", ....and the expanding future of Zero Ev's ....in the future.

Why give a 100+ year mineral region for a one-time, cash only, single digit, SELL price. My price model was Cash+ shares (incl. their annual, inteasing dividend):..not as one time cash price.

We can haggle over the size of the single digit sized cash component.
