When you read the following statements from the release....

===================================================

Wyloo Metals Pty Ltd (“Wyloo Metals”) confirms it submitted an Arrangement Agreement to the Board of Noront Resources Ltd (TSXV:NOT) (“Noront”) for consideration on September 3, 2021

Wyloo Metals received a revised confidentiality agreement from the Noront Board on August 31, 2021.

While Wyloo Metals’ preference would be to conduct confirmatory diligence as would be customary, rather than subjecting itself to a gag order, Wyloo Metals intends to proceed directly to the finalization of transaction documentation.

==================================================

1 Does this mean the Arrangement Agreement is the 70c offer and it has been submitted on Sept 3?

2 Is 'transaction documentation' the same as 'arrangement agreement'?

3 Does this mean the ball is in Noront's court to show the 'offer' to us shareholders?

4 Will Coutts answer to the apparent underhanded perks offerred to them?
