RoF is a mining district and the takeover offer should be based on a combination of known proven resources in Eagles nest and the chromite deposits plus a premium for the largely unexplored mining district that holds vast amounts more of copper, gold, nickel and PGE.

I met Al wants and he is a nice guy but he and the current board did not deliver and I support Wyloo in the removal of the current BOD.  The BOD has made numerous mistakes including taking two large loans from Franco and RCF that have crippled the company and diluted shareholders for the past 4 years.  There was limited new exploration and resource expansion.  Now is time for the current mgmt team to be disbanded and new leadership brought in to ignite the ring of fire.
