....or it could be someone is quietly accumulating shares and doesn't mind paying 0.60 for them. Which means there is a strong possibility that this could escalate into a fight for control in the coming weeks, and the share price trading even higher.

i.e. as the number of available retail shares dry up, a rising share price would be proof that someone is trying to build himself a strong position.
