I suppose then, we have competition then for the Noront Ring Assets, 

Wyloo's AF, and Luca G don't  want to tender at this price, and can afford the $13 million, break fee to BHP,  

I suppose BHP would need to consider upping the tender price, i would guess, to aquire more NOT shares,
