That's all you need to know when it comes to the bias in this article. 

The article seems to suggest investors are not aware of Neskantaga's opposition.  Quite the contrary.  Investors know very well why the share price has done nothing for years.  This coalition has made it their mission to keep Noront down and block development.  This has been effective because Noront is a junior explorer and doesn't have the resources to fight back. 

That is about to change with Wyloo or BHP....and they know it.

They are going to wish they worked with Noront.
