Dear felllow Agoracom members.

I have been following the Noront group for many years but just joined and this is my first post . I have learned a lot especially from the long-term members.

Over the years , I have accumulated a significant number of NOT shares. I did get the phone call and documents from BHP/Kingsdale Advisors. I called them today with my concerns which basically echo what other learned members have already stated (a very low-ball offer, lack of transparency in not showing us the true valuation,etc). I also mentioned that the documents they sent looked like an "offer you can't refuse"  with the "only those who do will be paid" comment.

Very dissapointed with the whole process (BOD, Govt, strong-arm tactics of BHP). Hoping there are other forces behind the scenes that will eclipse this pathetic offer.
