I am somewhat frustrated with the board as well.  Mostly due to not releasing the independent valuation yet.  I understand the strategy of recommending the offer though.  It put Noront in play.  If a higher offer comes from Wyloo then the board has to go with it.  And the market is clearly telling us .55 is not the end price.  It seems to me that BHP is having a very hard time getting tenders.  This alone may cause them to increase their bid.  Mark my words, this saga has raised some eyebrows and there are people seeing this .55-.60 range as a very appealing entry point to make a ton of money.
