This may be a massive oversimplification but...
If the ring has similar nickel/copper/cobalt to voisey and voisey sold for 4.5 billion then Noront would be worth approx 4.5 billion/458 million shares = 9.82 per share.
Now of course this gives nothing for a century of chromite being mined for negligible cost from the Eagle hole. As well the PGM's are stand alone grade.
Of course nickel seems to be heading in the direction of increased value due to EV adoption.
