Thanks for that breakdown.  These numbers from 1-3 are a good reference point for any wyloo counter.

We would need somebody we trust implicitly with any communal data.  A long time poster like babjak1 who has accounting background would make sense.  Anyone on this forum would trust her integrity and analysis.

Certainly wyloo will not be signing over their shares and they hold a chunk.  Bao not likely either.  Seems just the board who are shrouded in secrecy are in support. 

Supposedly there are 346 million floating shares.  How many do we control?
