The BOD is supposed to look out for the shareholders' interest.  Right now, they are looking for their own interest only (and BHP).  What a bunch of asshats.  I had a lot of faith in Coutts considering his background. Right now, I have never despised somebody so much.  I think he's even more worthless than Trudeau.
